I've had a mirena since last January. I bled very lightly after they put it in but nothing since. I had a smear test done a few weeks ago and I had a bit of cramping after that. Today I went to the toilet and I was full on bleeding. Is it possible the smear test disturbed the coil? I can still feel the threads though. Should I be concerned?
