My 2nd baby is 12 weeks old and I've not sorted any long term contraception out yet. I've no idea what to go for, because after I had my daughter, I tried out the mini pill which made me bleed constantly, I tried the depo injection for 6 months and bled constantly, I tried the mirena for a year and bled constantly. After the mirena was removed I went on the combined pill which I stuck with for 4yrs until I came off it to TTC my 12wk old.
Until I came off the combined pill I had no idea just how much it had affected me, I felt so light and cheerful again! My libido shot up through the roof and I just felt so happy, it was amazing!
I know I don't want a coil, I was constantly paranoid the mirena was going to get lost or perforate my womb or something. Plus DH managed to actually prod it a few times when DTD 
I just don't know what to have
