Made a huge and stupid mistake last night and had unprotected sex. A baby is not an option for us. I'm embarrassed. Now need to sort out emergency contraception but I've never needed to before and I'm a bit unsure what to do.
I'm on day 20 of my cycle (usually approx 30 days) so probably have already ovulated. Is the morning after pill worth taking in this situation or should I try and get an IUD? Any help much appreciated.
