Hi there, don't know if this is the right forum or not but hey ho! Don't knkw if anyone can help me? I'm looking for and effective birth control but am absolutely petrified!
I had my son 9 Weeks ago and was in hospital for the first 3 weeks, no complications, nothing! I decided when he was 5 weeks old to go back onto Borth control. I'd previously been on the implant and thought it was good so had it put in again. HOWEVER since its been put in I have suffered with reoccurring utis, in 4 weeks I've had about 5...my GP doesn't seem to think it's linked to my birth control??? I've tried EVERYTHING, water, washing, the lot, nothing prevents it. Hormonal birth control really doesn't work for me, the mini pill sent me crazy and the other pills have a history of blood clots in my family :-( I've also been reading up on the iud and apparently that has been linked to reoccurring utis also? What do I do!!! I can't live like this but I also need a method to protect myself again pregnancy, thanks for reading 👍
