Test sample after vasectomy?

DH had a vasectomy at the beginning of February. Am hoping he can send off his sample now, just wondering how long people waited to send off theirs?

First sample at 16 weeks. DH just did his a couple of weeks ago after having the snip in Jan. Call the clinic though in case they want something different.
