What is the best contraception out there..?
I'm not keen on coils n implants n anything that needs to be inside me..
I'm more into the pill form but with so many choices and so many side effects I'm scared ..
I know for sure we do not want any more kids..
Would i be better off being sterilised ..?
What pills or methods do u all use..
Please advise
Much love
Thanks

Can you take oestrogen?

Honey2468 · 21/05/2018 18:26

Combined pill I think, I just bleed on everything else and the diaphragm doesn’t suit either

I've read so much about the side effects that I'm leaning towards sterilisation
Our family is completed with ds 15 years old and dd 11 years old..

Have you heard of Natural Cycles? It’s an app the helps you identify your fertile phase so that you can avoid pregnancy, Ive been using it for over a year! You do of course need to follow their instructions exactly though and all methods of contraception (apart from abstinance) have a small fail rate so that’s something you need to think about - regardless of which method you use! Good luck! Flowers

Also in case anyone wants to try it, I have a link that gives you 30% off the first year plus a free thermometer. You can also start a trial month on their website!
