If I delayed my period by one week..

With norethisterone will the following months period be a week late or at the same time had I not taken the tablet?

Pretty sure that it 're-sets' you, so if 28 day cycle, next AF would turn up 28 days after the start of the (delayed) period

Thanks, I assumed it wasnt going to alter my next period as I was told it wasn't a contraceptive and therefore assumed I would ovulate at the normal time (not 7 days later) & then have my period 14 days later.
