Pregnant on implanon?

I know there are probably a million and one threads about this but I haven't found one with my situation.
I had my implanon inserted in Feb 2016. I had it put in on the last day of my period and that was it- no more periods.
My partner and I dont use condoms as we dont have sex very often (I have provoked vulvodynia).
We had sex on 31st March. On 5th March I had very light cramping when I woke up. At 3pm I went to the toilet and had brown spotting, but it was a bit more than spotting but not quite a period. I figured it was my period starting again and it was brown as my last period was over 2 years ago.
Yesterday (Friday 6th April), I had some spotting in the morning and mild cramping all day. Since then I have had barely any spotting. It has stayed brown the whole time. My right breast was also extremely sore all evening. I have not had any cramping today and very very light spotting.
I dont see my doctor until the 20th for a pap smear however I will book another appointment for a blood test if you think it's necessary.
Do you think it could be a pregnancy? When should I take a HPT?

I have read that nearing the end of the implants life span you can get more in the way of symptoms

I had mine in a year though and had so many pregnancy symptoms. Absoloutley hated it.

Random spotting/bleeding is really normal at any time with the implant. Dr told me they are notorious for nuisance bleeding the whole time they are in! I don’t think this is anything to worry about in my experience
