Natural cycles

Just wanted to say, 4 cycles in and I'm SO glad to be on it. I love having no hormones flooding my body with all their side effects. I love knowing my cycle and how close and natural it feels with my husband.

I'm not affiliated in anyway just happy!

Yes natural cycles app. I was sceptical but it's great so far!
