The pill advice!

Hey,

Anyone advice/experience of the best combined pill least likely to affect mood?? Tried the mirena coil and it made me feel so low. Mini pill made me sick, Loestrin (combined pill) made me angry. Thinking of trying Cilest now? Losing faith in birth control as I'm clearly sensitive to hormone changes!

Anyone else find all these hormonal thing a challenge??

Maybe try copper coil as it has no hormones

Hi! I’ve tried so many things (including the copper coil) and the only thing which has ever worked is the noriday pill but that is progesterone only. Is there a reason it has to be combined ? In my experience these are more likely to cause problems than progesterone only. My only problem with cilest was the nausea but it was pretty bad if I remember correctly, hope this helps
