Pregnant on the pill

Probably been asked loads.
Had the coil fitted in April. Had regular periods, longer but lighter since then. October it went awol then I had a lighter on in November. I know this is meant to happen. But for the past three weeks or so I've been waking up feeling so sick and sore boobs. I never had an appointment to check my threads and ive never been able to feel them. Should I have gone back to get them checked? Could feeling sick be a side effect? Or should I just take a test just in case?

You're title mentions the pill - are you taking that as well.

All forms of contraception have a failure rate, so yes you should test.

If you are PG, then you need to see your GP asap because you need to be scanned early to see if it can safely be removed.

I realised after I'd put pull and meant coil 🤦🏻‍♀️ could it be more of a side effect? When I'm not stuck at home. I'll get a test. Keep getting lower back pain too
