I have a 9 week old son. I’ve got the contraceptive pill to take again on the first day of my next period but I’ve not had a proper one since he was born. The last few days I’ve had a crampy tummy and the smaller amount of blood ever, the lightest I’ve ever had, is this a period? Did anyone else have a really light one after baby? Don’t know when to start taking the pill.
