So I gave birth at the end of August and have still not had my first period, my son is 8 weeks old now and whilst I am breast feeding (between 8-10 feeds per day) he also has 1-2 bottles of formula a day which I offer as a top up and to help him sleep better.
I know that if I was exclusively BF'ing then my periods would potentially not return until a few months after I stop (as was the case with my first child) but I figured this time as I'm offering a bottle they'd return sooner!
Can any ladies out there advise me when yours returned if you were combi feeding.
