Marina coil advice

Hi I had the marina coil put in at the end of august. I have now been bleeding for almost 5 weeks daily. Not quite a full on period but enough to make me wear a tampon during the day. Is this common when you first have it fitted?

Each woman is affected differently. I had the Mirena and I didn't bleed at all on it but other I know have. I had the implant and I bled like crazy.

Within six weeks of getting the coil you should have a check to make sure it's still in place. Have you had this? Could you get it checked and ask about the bleeding then??

It can be normal and I'm certain it's nothing good to worry about.
