PCOS pregnancy symptoms?

Hello! I've not used this before but wanted to know if anyone had these symptoms.
I am 28, been with my bf for 2 1/2yrs we aren't actively trying but have agreed that we would have or start trying for a baby at 30.
We use condoms but recently have been using the "pull out" method.
I have PCOS (poly cystic ovaries) diagnosed about 5 years ago back then the sonogramist said the cysts were just on the diagnosis measurement so not too bad.
Last year my periods were regular every 5 weeks. This year I've had about 5 periods with a 7/6 week gap. I hit the 7 week mark last Friday. I've had cramps at exactly 4 weeks (got excited it was regular!) and then every week after that. My boobs are sensitive as i would be when I am due on, my boobs have been itchy, I've felt very hormonal.
I took a pregnancy test last weds which was negative.
Has anyone experienced this?

This is the contraception topic, so if you are not pregnant (you may need to test again if AF doesn't show up) and you do not want TTC, then it sounds as if you need to change method.

If you do not want to use a hormonal method, the the remaining options are diaphragm (though you do have to use it properly every time) or copper coil.

However some pills can also be useful in controlling PCIS symptoms. Have you discussed any of these with your GP or at a specialist family planning clinic?
