I'm considering noriday...

I can't take combined pills anymore. I've tried the mirena and cerazette - they were hell. I've had the active ingredient norithisterone before in a combined pill and seemed to be ok with it.

Is anyone on it and can share their experiences?

I'm on it, after being on micronor which is the same drug but was discontinued. I've had no problems at all, and my periods stop altogether, which is great! I only have the combined pill to compare it to, which I took prior to getting pregnant the first time, but in hindsight I realise that that was giving me headaches (I thought it was some kind of magic pregnancy thing when they stopped and then was like...oh, yeah, duh), but have had no apparent side effects with noriday at all.

Thank you. Did you have random/long running bleeding at first? It's my only option other than implant/injection so I'm praying it'll be ok.

No, but I've always been breastfeeding when I started it, so I probably wouldn't have been having periods anyway. I know it's the noriday that's stopping the periods past a certain point though, as I did get them (well, one) when I stopped it to conceive ds2.
