Ovulating on mini pill?

I'm on the mini pill noriday, it's supposed to prevent ovulation. I have really bad pains that are similar to ovulation pains right now - if I am ovulating does this mean I have a chance of falling pregnant even though I took the pill correctly?

The mini pill doesn't stop ovulation reliably. Only in 50% of cycles. It works by thickening cervical mucous and stopping sperm getting through so you could be ovulating.
