Risk of pregnancy with vasectomy and copper coil

Need a bit of a kick up the arse as I am still terrified of pregnancy even with DH having had a vasectomy (and the all clear) and me having a copper coil. Am wondering if I need a third contraceptive as getting pregnant would be awful for me. Does anyone know the stats? I can find stuff on one or the other but not both.

Great thanks Brand maths is not my strength so wasn't sure of the calculation. So vasectomy seems to be 0.15% and coil 1% what does that come out as?

I think you need to stop worrying about the stats. I know how you feel as a pregnancy would be awful for us and we have a 100% success rate for pregnancy which is fab in some ways, but terrifying if it's unwanted. DP has had a vasectomy and I have the coil and I really don't think you need to worry about pregnancy when you both have such effective methods of contraception in place.

Thanks brand :) I agree Mum I think I am over thinking this. I'm probably more likely to win the lottery 😁
