Cerazette

I'm thinking of coming off the pill, I've been taking cerazette for over a year now and I really don't think it's agreeing with me. I bleed for about 2 weeks every 6 weeks and my mood is very low at the minute, as well as having bad skin, and sore breasts.

Just wondering how soon after coming off it did you start bleeding and how long did it last? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I had some spotting after about a week and then my first period after 5 weeks.

Thanks Spam88, I'm going away next weekend so don't want to come off it if I'm going to bleed straight away but at the same time I just want to see if I feel better when I'm not on it.
How did you find it? Did you have any side effects?

I was on it for 8 years and can't say I felt any different once I came off it, guess I was just lucky though! Now microgynon on the other hand made me an emotional mess 😂

That's crazy Spam88 I was on microgyon for years and loved it! Maybe it's not the pill and it's just me. I think a trip to the doctor might be in order to find out what's going on. I hate feeling down ☹️

They all affect everyone differently though, seems sensible to try stopping the pill to see if that helps. Presumably there's a reason you can't use microgynon anymore? Hope you get something sorted soon and start to feel better

I was on it for 9 years. Stopped taking it then bled for 10 days about 6 weeks after, All regular now.
