I had the coil fitted in April this year. My periods have got lighter and lighter. However the past week I've had awful lower back pain. The past few days I've had bad stomach ache. I've been feeling sick and been dizzy today. I'm not due on for two weeks. Had no bleeding. I don't know whether it's worth a trip to doctors. Am I just being a dick??
