Painful period cramps

So I need to know if anyone else gets incredibley bad period pains?
I came on this morning and already my cramps are so bad, I'm at work and am hardly able to function, having to run to the toilet every half hour to make sure I haven't bled through my clothes.

See your GP this can be easily sorted with birth control. The coil can help alot and is recomended for bad periods. Are you under the age of 21.
Years ago i was told it could be hormonal imbalance. If you need to get changed every half hour it is bad enough to mention to your GP for sure.

When at work wear a tampon and a pad . It has saved me from many an embarasing situation. Ask your chemist for strong pain killers.
