Has anyone ever tried Maca Root Powder to boost Fertility?

We didn't use it for fertility purposes, just for general health benefits we add it to smoothies for breakfast, we weren't actively TTC but I do have 9 month old dd. Being as healthy as possible is the key I think, so no booze or crap takeaway food is the way forward.
