Hi there. Hope this is right place to post. I am trying for my second child. Am apparently ovulating according to my app and I have a medium sized cyst on my ovary plus a couple of others on the other ovary. I experienced heartburn all last week and, now this week pains all over my lower abdomen and ovarys. Down to the top off my legs. Does anyone know what this could be please?
