Cerazette contraceptive pill side effects?

Does anyone have any experience of side effects when taking cerazette? Only started around a week ago but am noticing mood swings - I do have two young DC but have generally been feeling great since the birth of the littlest 3 months ago, and am lucky enough to generally feel I'm in good mental health (they both sleep....).
Having had issues with other pills before, and haven't taken contraceptive pills in a long time (and then was a different brand), I have strong suspicions the pill might be responsible?

I have been taking cerazette for about 3 years now and have to say I much prefer it to the other pills I've tried or the Depo injection. I mostly have no bleeds and no symptoms on cerazette, although I too have noticed that once every 3 months or so I get a bit teary/moody, sometimes accompanied by some spots or being uber tired. To be fair though it usually never lasts more than a couple of days and still far outweighs the side effects I have had on other methods!

We do have to remember though that they affect everyone differently, so maybe give it a couple more weeks and if it doesn't clear up you could try a different brand? I'm pretty sure you can switch quite easily between the progestrogen only ones...
