I've been on this for 9 months, initially loved it. Sorted out my heavy, painful periods & my pmt.

However, I've went for a check last week & have put on 6kg! I eat well, work out 3 times a week & walk my dogs everyday. I've recently cut down drinking too. The nurse said a common side effect is weight gain.

Anyone else, or is it just me.

I've been told the weight gain is because of over eating, can't put on weight without the extra calories
