Contraceptive patch

I'm currently on the implant but I'm having a really bad time with it. I want to try the patch and just wondered if anyone had used it and if it was good? Thankyou x

I loved it but my doctor stopped prescribing it as it was too expensive (I started ttc after that anyway)

I used it about 11 years ago and found it unpleasant. It went like an old plaster by the end of the period wearing it and looked gross and gungey. And then I had one fall off in very hot weather- luckily I noticed and got the morning after pill, but it could have been disasterous.

Hopefully they've come on a bit in the past decade.
