Ttc ? Pcos? Abnormal bleeding

We've been ttc now for almost a year, I'm 22 been diagnosed with pcos 8 years ago.

Went to see gynaecologist yesterday and she was very concerned about the fact I spot mid cycle normally after rough sex. She did a cervix check and said everything looked ok but referred me to have a full in depth check.

I'm worried as the nurse meantioned about cervical cancer? Is irregular bleeding normal with pcos ?

sometimes Dr said I have pcos without the syndrome . sometimes i get mid cycle spotting I consider it normal as it is usually during ovulation time
