Am I in the clear?

Does bleeding 12 days after the morning after pill mean it worked? It's VERY light bleeding, and looks different from my normal AF. Not sure whether this means I should still test in a few days or not...

I had weird symptoms including a light bleed about 2 weeks after taking this. It might be worth doing a pregnancy test just in case but I'm sure it will just be a reaction to the pill don't worry x
