Bleeding after coil expelled

Hi, I had the coil expel itself after being in for just 3 days. I was in mid cycle at the time. I haven't stopped bleeding since. It's been 10 days. It's not heavy. The strange thing is, it stops by like 7pm and returns 5/6am everyday! It's becoming so annoying.
Is this normal???
I keep asking on netmums but no one replies!!!

Was it the copper coil or mirena? bleeding after a mirena comes out is normal, no experience of copper coil sorry, but I would imagine it's the same. my bleeding after mirena came out was horrific, lasted for two weeks and was extremely heavy.

Oh sorry, I forgot to mention! It was the copper coil.
My period is due in a few days too, so I'm wondering will it actually come after almost 2 weeks bleeding!

My mirena expelled and I had severe bleeding. I got given tranexamic acid from the hospital for this. Also similar - flood then stop flood then stop.
