Zelleta and bleeding constantly

I'm on the 10th week of being on this pill, I'm breastfeeding so was suggested this.

I had a proper period to start and it went, then two days later back. And since then I've had spotting 99% of the time. Some days more like period, along with belly ache, next just spotting.

Kinda dragging me down now...and the cost of getting supplie sis getting ridiculous.

Anyone else had this?

This type of mini pill can cause constant bleeding or it can stop it completely. There are other mini pills that you could try that have a different active ingredients and may (hopefully) not cause so many bleeding issues.
