I would like to know women's experience with the fem cap or diaphragm. I have had enough of this implant in my arm and my constant mood changes. They put the Nexplanon in my arm 3 months ago and I'm not getting on with it. I have tried the mini pill that was a nightmare but the combined pill I get on with but they won't give it to me because of my weight. Please offer me your experiences for non hormonal contraceptive methods. What I am interested in learning about is the fem cap and diaphragm.
I have had 4 children and don't want anymore.
