Just found out I'm pregnant. Thirty six and I have a lovely 16 month old daughter. I went back to work at the end of last year. I'd have chosen to stay at home if I could have, but financially,, I have to work. This pregnancy is an accident, my husband is about to get a vasectomy - so we have horrendously messed up. If I have a second child, in two years time my nursery fees will be more than my salary, full time or part time...and not working would be ruinous. It just doesn't stack up and I have to think about the well-being of my daughter and family overall. Any experience of someone in a similar situation would certainly help for me think this through.
