Just had it fitted for the first time and I forgot to ask the nurse;
It doesn't need to be in there for a certain amount of time before I can use a tampon does it?
Can't find anything about it on the literature. I'm guessing it would be fine to use one now but I don't want to have to go back looking like an idiot cos I'd messed it up!
