Pill suggestion

Hi all

DS2 (no3) is 15 weeks old and I want to find a pill to go on. I have been on cerazette on / off for the last 10 years and it was only after coming off it for an extended period of time (took longer to get pregnant with DS2) that I realised that when I was on the pill it made me want to eat all the time and also have zero sex drive /enjoyment.

I am going to go to the GP to see what pill they might suggest but before I do I was wondering if anyone had the same issues and has any suggestions of an alternative pill?

I only have to put up with it for a year as DH says he'll get the snip then

Are you breastfeeding?
If so you can only have progesterone methods as oestrogen affects milk supply.
You could try another pill such as micronor or noriday or femulen. They only have a 3hr window period so you have to be good at taking on time.

Alternatively the mirena coil has the lowest systemic hormone so less chance of side effects and 40% chance of no periods.
