Has anyone been using ladycomp for contraception / family planning?
I've been on a pill for 16 years and would like to come off it. I don't like any other options for various reasons.
Any input will be much appreciated.

Sorry if this reply is very late, OP, hope you're still reading!

I bought the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility and regularly look at the accompanying site tcoyf

Chart my cycle - temperature, cervical fluid, cervix position and use those cues to know when to have sex and when to not.

I haven't used a Lady Comp, had a Persona for about 6 months to use alongside my normal charting, but gave Persona up as it was telling me the same thing as my chart did. I think I just used it for extra reassurance that I'd got the hang of charting in the early days.

I too came off the pill after many many years. Best idea ever for me!

Thank you for your reply. I got the book. Now I have to read it! Smile
