Hello, I'm in my 40s and had an absolute nightmare when the nurse tried to change me to the mini pill on grounds of age a couple of years ago..
Long story short,,,, i went back to combined pill since the pop made me extremely depressed.
I'm trying to figure out what version of the combined pill i could ask for that has a lower proportion of progesterone in it.
What lower progesterone (higher oestrogen) pill do other peoples docs prescribe?
Im wanting to have an idea what the nurse might say when I get my pill review .
