I've had a nightmare with pills. Mini pill have me acne and the regular pill makes me moody and anxious. I didn't start the next packet after the week break and I feel like a weight has lifted mentally in so much more stable.
I'm in a long term relationship with no dc planned and I have two of my own. I only see dp on average every fortnight so I was thinking about barrier method but not condoms not a fan.
Diaphragm? Something similar?

Deffo the copper coil. I've had no side effects at all with it although some people say it makes their periods heavier.

Copper coil! My periods were heavier and longer for a few months although with the benefit of starting more slowly than they used to, but now fine. Not easy finding somewhere to fit it - my GP wouldn't - and I did have to keep saying "no, I don't want the Mirena" but it's great.

Thanks all I'm going to ask for it a friend locally has one so there must be a Gp here who will do it. I can't cope with any hormones again Hmm
