Cerelle. Heavy bleeding & pain

Since starting on this pill again I have had terrible pain and heavy bleeding. Do i carry on taking this evil pill or stopHmm

I changed from Cerelle to Noriday because I started bleeding and bled continously for about 3 weeks straight. Noriday is Norethisterone which is what they give you (albeit in a much higher dose) to delay your period. I didn't have any periods at all whilst on it and no pain, maybe give Noriday a try instead!
