Microgynon 30 side affects

Can the contraceptive pill cause and increase in palpitations? I've been on the microgynon 30 pill for at least 12 months and in that Time palpitations have been really bad.

Is it worth coming off this pill to see of symptoms improve

I would speak to your GP about trying another pill. Palpitation might be caused by the pill or something else. They need checking whatever the cause.
