So on my second mirena, have a 6 yr old DS, still have periods (one of the unfortunate ones). This month I came on a week early which is unheard of for me, but wasn't like a normal red period more brown and didn't last as long as normal. Had cramps and very bloated stomach plus bad wind 
. Made an apt with Dr and she check my threads and said I have possible BV infection so now on antibiotic. Boobs gone v sore today and bigger, feel a bit breathless and bra feels tight round my ribs. Stomach still quite bloated and bubbly. Just feel strange! Am I imagining pregnancy like symptoms or is it a side effect of the infection? Oh need to pee a lot too! Any thoughts?
