late starting new packet

I am on Femodette. Should've started taking a new packet on Sunday but couldn't get repeat prescription until today. Should I wait until my period starts naturally or take two at a time for the next few days to catch up? Really silly, first time I've ever got in a muddle like this!

in case you don't still have one handy, here's a link to the pack information leaflet

You need to follow the instructions exactly as given, including additional contraception.

Follow the instructions! I have 2 dcs from failing to take my pill then failing to follow instructions. Take no chances. As much as i love my dcs (and I do) it is a nightmare when you get caught out. In case you are wondering how many pills I forgot to take, it was one. Yes. Just one. That was enough. Both times!!! Grin

Thank you. I have the leaflet, but posted here for advice as it does n' t cover my precise circumstances, I am four pills late. No chance of pregnancy but just want to avoid any health risks. I'll get in touch with the nurse at our surgery in the morning.

This link contains instructions for two or more days late in starting a pack.

I'm amazed that info is not in the pack leaflet. It should be. I'd suggest you raise a formal complaint about that, but don't know who to.
