Nit sure if this is the right place to post this but can you get a false positive pregnancy test uf you have high levels of prolactin?

I wouldnt think so - but if you have a positive test you could check with your doctor to be sure?

Thanx for the reply, a friend of mine has high prolactin levels and the pg test came back +ve and so was the blood test but had an ultrasound at 12 weeks and was told she was never pregnant but not told why both tests came back +ve.

Maybe she had a chemical pregnancy?
