Hi, pre baby I was always on Cerazette and had no problems at all with it. My periods were light, but regular. I came off the pill about two months before getting pregnant and then after DS was born I went to the doctor and asked to be put back on this pill. He didnt mention anything and when I took my prescription out it was a pill called Cerelle. After doing a bit of research I found out that this was a cheaper alternative to Cerazette. I didnt have time to go back really so I decided to try it and see how I got on. I have had no problems really but at 11 months pp I still havent had a period and was wondering if I will get one on this pill or not? I was breastfeeding for first 4 months. Is this normal?

Yes your lucky if it does most people end up with constant spotting for the whole time you have it, mine has gone completely since December

I was on cerazette for years pre DC with no problems and very light regular periods. i went straight back on it at 6 week check. when I went back on it I had almost constant irregular bleeding and terrible mood swings. I assumed that after having a baby your body can change and what suited before may no longer be suitable. maybe this is the case?
