Female sterilisation, appointment tomorrow - help?!

After a Mirena nightmare I asked my GP me for a sterilisation referral 10 days ago.
There has been a cancellation so the Gynae secretary just called me to offer me a consultation appointment tomorrow.

I don't know the questions to ask, I'm reading up frantically.
What do I need to know (that I may miss) please?

I hope the appointment goes well!

You've probably read up everything by now. I'd say the most important thing to ask about is what to expect after the procedure, as you'll be home so soon afterwards.

And double check when you can abandon other contraception!
