Went for a smear last week and asked the nurse to check strings.
Due to my PTSD she couldn't have a good ferret around as she only just managed the smear, but she said she couldn't see strings

Now tomorrow the GP is going to look and I'm terrified, I can't bear having anything done, I won't be able to relax. Scared it's migrated somewhere, or worse dropped out and I'm pg

Any tips, breathing, meditation etc to help me through this Hmm

mine disappeared too. I just told the gp on the phone and explained I'd had a good furtle with no result and she booked me an ultrasound without any further examination

and I took the MAP just in case.

It was still in the right place when I had the uss

Yes they said they'd do an ultrasound if GP can't find it
I'd prefer that
