Just wondering if anyone has experienced a flare up in diarrhoea after the Mirena? I only had mine fitted 5 days ago during my period (Still bleeding, as expected). Now it could be that it was something I ate, but, I am prone to anal fissures anyway and had a 4th degree tear when I had my baby in Aug 2013 so I could do without the diarrhoea and fissures. Also, I know the bleeding can go on for ages, but, at what point does once call it quits? Surely it defeats the purpose if heavy bleeding (and contraception too) was one of the reasons to have a Mirena?
