Bleeding on Nexplanon

Hi all, can anyone put my mind at rest please?

I got the Nexplanon implant in September and have had no bleeding whatsoever. However over the last few days I've had quite heavy bleeding, more so than I ever did for a normal period.

I'm sure that this is normal but I've convinced myself I've somehow managed to get pregnant and I'm miscarrying?! Which clearly isn't true.

I got this fitted over a year ago and my periods have never stopped they've still been regular. I've got no infections or abnormalities etc. My last period was really heavy
