Marvelon 3 packs??

Hi guys,

Any advice would be truly appreciated.

I have taken two packs back to back which I do often with no issue, today I took the last pill of the pack, but I really don't want to be on my period on Saturday. (Taking the last pill Tuesday makes Saturday my heaviest day) I know it's not uncommon to take 3 packs back to back but the only problem is I have had breakthrough bleeding for the last 9 days. No issues with stomach pains or anything like that. I was just wondering if I take my next pack straight away will I continue to have breakthrough bleeding anyway? Or is there any chance if I have the break because I have had so much breakthrough bleeding that during the 7 days I might not have a period (wishful thinking)

Is there anyway of taking a few extra pills and delaying my period just for a couple of day?

When I was taking the combined pill I was able to take 3 packets back to back but I had spotting during the last packet. It may work for you to take another back to back, it may not. (Sorry not much help)

If you have had break through bleeding for the last 9 days, it is highly likely that this will continue until you have a proper break. If you stop taking the pills you will have a normal period, based on my experience of 'pilling over' periods.
