Son has just turned 1 and stopped bfeeding in August but only had one bleed this year and that was at the end of Sept, should I be concerned?

In terms of family planing (where you have posted this) then yes, you need contraception.

In terms of the wider gynae/health picture, then perhaps see your GP? And are you sure you are not PG?

You could try asking MNHQ to move to "General Health".

Evven with perfect use, condoms have a fail rate. So ruling out pg is a useful first step.

It can take ages for a regular cycle to reestablish itself after pg, but I think the length of time you've had is worth a medical opinion.
