Okay so I fell pregnant with my first little girl at 18 when I was on the pill, I took it religiously( same time every day) and my partner and I decided to go for the implant after my pregnancy which made me miserable i bled constantly, went off sex and was just a pure crab of a women. Oh and the wonderful weight gain :S So after a year or So I had the copper coil inserted and two months later found out i was expecting another baby girl. After this pregnancy my mother in law( a midwife) had me fitted with an implant before I left the hospital...but now im in the same situation of bleeding and being mega crabbit. Yes its better than falling pregnant again but surely there must be an alternative!? I love my girls but we are not financially stable enough for a 3rd just now and I'm only 22!!! Any recommendations!? Whats the chances of the coil failing twice?

How about a Mirena coil rather than copper coil. The failure rate is less than sterilisation.
